What is HeyBanno’s Shipping Policy?

At HeyBanno, we aim to deliver every order in excellent condition and as quickly as possible. Most orders are delivered within 3 - 6 working days, depending on your pincode and courier availability.

To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your Shipping Address and Phone Number while placing your order:

  • Provide a complete address: House Number, Floor, Street Name, Locality, and a Landmark.

  • Ensure the correct City, State, and Pincode to avoid delays or misrouting.

  • Submit a reachable mobile number for delivery confirmation or courier queries.

If you receive a parcel that appears tampered or damaged, do NOT accept it. Immediately contact us at info@heybanno.com (10 AM – 7 PM).

 


 

Important Note

All HeyBanno shipments are packed securely with safety tape before dispatch. However, once handed over to the courier, the parcel goes through multiple transit stages.
We strongly advise not accepting damaged packages, as HeyBanno will not be responsible for missing items after acceptance.

 


 

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹499*

  • A ₹60 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹499

  • These charges remain the same regardless of order size or quantity

  • Each order can be shipped to one address only—for multiple addresses, place separate orders

*Order value is calculated after applying discounts, GST, coupons, or any additional charges.

 


 

How Do I Track My Order?

Go to the “My Orders” section under your HeyBanno account.
Once your order is shipped, you will also receive a tracking link via SMS/email.

 


 

How Are HeyBanno Orders Delivered?

We ship through trusted courier partners such as:

  • Delhivery

  • Blue Dart

  • Ecom Express

  • XpressBees

  • ShadowFax

 


 

Does HeyBanno Deliver Outside India?

Currently, HeyBanno delivers only within India.

 


 

Cancellation & Modifications

HeyBanno’s Cancellation Policy

We try our best to fulfill all orders. However, some orders may be cancelled due to:

  • Stock unavailability

  • Wrong pricing or product information

  • Payment failure

  • Risk flagged by our fraud prevention system

If an order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

You may also cancel your order manually until it is not packed or processed.

 


 

Can I Modify My Shipping Address?

Refund Timelines After Cancellation

  • For prepaid orders (UPI, Wallet, Cards, Net Banking), refunds are issued within 7–10 working days to the original payment source.
